As a Sous-chef, you are the backbone of the kitchen. You replace the executive chef during her or her absence and are able to manage the entire galley. Together with the executive chef, you’ll be in charge of two outlets: a fine dining restaurant and an informal, luxurious bistro. Sounds like something you could handle? And on top of that, you enjoy coaching people and training them to keep on setting new standards? Then you might have what we are looking for.

Your profile:
  • A strong proven experience in a similar role

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication
  • Good knowledge of the Englisch language, German knowledge is an advantage.
