Trainee Sailor

Do you want to start a career on our river cruise ships, without having any experience yet? Are you passionate about ships, used to working outdoors and above all: do you want to become a captain in several years? Every year we select the best candidates to join our traineeship for sailors.

Your profile:

• A passion for sailing and river cruise ships. Experience in another position on a cruise ship is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Knowledge of English and/or German language or willingness to become proficient in both languages
• Able to swim
