Second captain

Are you ambitious and is safety your middle name?
The second captain is the right hand of the captain. The general navigation, maneuvering and safety procedures of the ship will be led by you. The second captain is also responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and overall orderliness of the vessel’s deck.
If you have the ambition to one day be the first captain yourself and are willing to learn, then this job is made for you.

Your profile:

• Good command of German and/or English language
• Valid Captain licenses for Rhine (Danube is a plus)
• Experience on river cruise ships
• VHF & Radio licenses
• Certificates for First aid, safety expert and/or BDO are a plus
• Hospitality-oriented personality representative appearance
