Do you want to grow as a cook in a challenging experience? In the commis de cuisine role, you assist the Chefs with meal preparation, maintenance, logistics, and safety and hygiene. You are able to run your own minor station. We expect a driven spirit, but give a life-changing experience in return. Commis chefs are aspiring cooks looking to expand their culinary knowledge and skills.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience on river cruise ships is an advantage
• Hands on mentality and eager to learn
• Stress resistant and resilient
• Open minded and flexible attitude
• Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working
• Team player
• Good physical condition (fit for duty)
• Good knowledge of the English language
