Head of housekeeping

Are you a people-oriented leader with a passion for housekeeping?
As a head of housekeeping, you are responsible for the cleanliness, tidiness and orderly appearance of the entire hotel area on board in accordance with Scylla standards. You are also responsible for budget and cost management, managing, training and mentoring the cabin stewards and laundry crew.

Your profile:

• Outstanding skills and operational experience in a similar role
• Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership abilities and management skills
• The happiness of our guests is your main priority in compliance with our Scylla standards
• The well-being of your team is important to you: you are an empathic person, with great listening, training- and coaching skills.
• Good crosscultural communication skills
• Stress resistant and resilient
• Open minded and flexible attitude
• Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working
• Team player
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages like German are an advantage
• Good physical condition (fit for duty)
