Bar manager

Are you a born leader with a passion for beverages and guest service?
A bar manager is responsible for the entire bar area and the beverage storage. You ensure professional and friendly guest service and the professional serving and presentation of all F&B on board in accordance with Scylla standards. You also manage and train the bar crew, maintain daily briefings and train new crew members.

Your profile:

• Experience in F&B in a leading role
• Excellent management, organizational, inventory and decision-making skills
• Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership abilities and management skills
• The happiness of our guests is your main priority in compliance with our Scylla standards
• The well-being of your team is important to you: you are an empathic person, with great listening, training- and coaching skills.
• Good crosscultural communication skills
• Stress resistant and resilient
• Open minded and flexible attitude
• Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working
• Team player
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage.
• Good physical condition (fit for duty)
